COMPASSIONWalking along a busy street, I was approached by a volunteer carrying a donation collection tin. As I opened my purse to retrieve some loose change , a lady came from behind and handed me a $50 note with a kind smile. a little taken aback by her generosity and feeling ashamed of my intention to give only a small offering , I quickly dropped the note into the tin for her.
"That was very nice of you," I said.
"It's nothing , really," she replied. "All I did was pick up the note that had fallen out of your purse."
RESPONSIBILITYEmployer to job applicant:"In this job we need someone who is responsible."
Applicant:"Then i'm the one you want. In my last job, anytime anything went wrong , they said I was responsible."
